Costs for everything have risen dramatically! While we can’t control the prices we pay for room rentals and meals, please know that we are committed to providing you with a quality experience that we hope you’ll find well worth your time and money. We are working on some fun new additions for the weekend, including optional activities, learning experiences and more to enhance your weekend.

For guests staying at the hotel, the Embassy Suites offers a Manager's reception of appetizers and drinks nightly as well as a complimentary breakfast.
We will not be providing snacks or coffee during the weekend, but each room at the hotel is a suite with a kitchenette, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. You can learn more about the hotel by following this link but please wait to book your room. The link will be on your confirmation page after you register online.
Our event will be held in one large room. Space is limited so this event will be capped at a max of 60 croppers. We are, as always, committed to keeping everyone safe BUT we also want you to take responsibility for your own health. If you can't crop in close proximity to others then respectfully, we suggest passing on this event.
Seating is VERY limited for this event so if you'd like to attend please register asap.
